Description
A blend of equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from south facing vineyards covering 19 hectares in the Graves appellation, the Chateau de Chantegrive Blanc is a great example of how fresh and delicious white Bordeaux can be. Floral notes and citrus elements, along with a distinct minerality are preserved in the wine by way of careful, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The average age of the vines is 25 years and all harvest and sorting work is done by hand.
