Cesar a Sumeire rose from Chateau Coussin is a wine produced in the Cote de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. The vines are, on average, 30 years old. The grape varieties planted are 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah. The soil is planted on clay-limestone based soil and alluvial deposits from Sainte-Victoire Mountain.
Cesar a Sumeire rose 2016 from Chateau Coussin presents a pretty pale color with golden-pink reflections. Aromas of fine and elegant red fruit develop on the nose. The wine is rich and fatty in the mouth, with flavors of yellow fruits and a note of jasmine on the finish.
