Description
The Carpineto Dogajolo is a young, approachable Super Tuscan made from both the traditionally Tuscan Sangiovese and the international Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of other varieties as well - the exact proportions of which change with each vintage in order to best express the qualities of a given year. The grapes are vinified separately and blended together for aging. Dogajolo offers a deep, powerful palate with lush dark fruits and the influences of barrel aging as well as an elegance and easy-drinking character.
