The Chamonix Cabernet, which comes from Franschhoek, is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. The grapes are hand picked, sorted and destemmed. The wine is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. This Cab offers generous aromas of red and black fruits and is full-bodied and supple on the palate.
