An elegant style of Nebbiolo, the Bruna Grimaldi Briccola Nebbiolo d'Alba was fermented and aged for fourteen months in 300 liter barrels before an additional six months of aging in bottle.The vineyards lie between 270 and 320 meters above sea level. The Grimaldi Briccola Nebbiolo d'Alba shows red fruits and floral notes on the nose, which are echoed again on the palate along with fine tannins and a mineral component. A perfect match for roasts and game or powerfully flavored cheeses.
