It is produced with fruit sourced from Nutt Road Vineyard located in North America's premier Riesling producing area: The Finger Lakes in Upstate New York. After arriving at the winery in Brooklyn, the fruit is fermented and then aged for nine month is stainless steel. Using stainless steel allows Brooklyn Winery to preserve the light, fresh acidity that is a hallmark of stellar Riesling.
