Description
Created in collaboration with a colleague in the Veneto, the Bisson Glera (a synonym for Prosecco) is a fresh, dry sparkling wine made from the Glera grape, traditionally used to make Prosecco. A change in the regulations governing Italian wines meant that because it is bottled under a crown cap, the Bisson Glera could no longer be called Prosecco, but rest assured that the wine hasn't changed at all. It shows floral notes and white fruits, but is drier on the palate than the average Prosecco. Delicious.
