Description
A traditional variety that is seldom seen, Lugano ferments his Ciliegiolo to highlight the fruity, aromatic aspects of the grape. Somewhere between a light red and a rose, the Bisson Ciliegiolo is fermented dry and released in the spring. In many ways bridging the gap between white and red, this is a perfect option to pair with a dish (or with weather) that calls for white, but when you simply really want a red. The vines for the Bisson Ciliegiolo are cultivated in both the Trigroso and Campegli vineyards.
