A versatile wine that proves a fantastic match for notoriously difficult foods such as artichokes or asparagus, its clean, medium-bodied flavors shine through to the mouth-watering finish. Made from 25 to 40 year old vines on the Haberlehof estate for Alois Lageder, the Haberle Pinot Bianco can be cellared for up to five years before drinking and will gain in complexity.
