2014 Bordeaux Blancs Secs, Le vin blanc du Ch. Mouton Rothschild from Bordeaux.

From the end of August to the end of October, one of the longest and most exceptional Indian summer occurred. These conditions were favorable to produce great white wines. The 2014 Ailes d'Argent displays a light yellow colour with bright highlights. This Bordeaux Blancs Secs of Chateau Mouton Rothschild is 57% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Semillon. This Vin blanc du Ch. Mouton Rothschild is very complex and elegant on the nose. The wine gives off ripe fruit aromas followed by acacia flower notes. The palate is frank and clear with a very good acidity. It is marked by scrumptious peach and apricot fragrances. The mid-palate offers a harmonious balance between acidity and silky texture. The finish is mineral and lingering. This wine is a success!
